Step 21: Go to Setting === Security === Device Adminstators ===  activate this device administrator

Step 22: Go back to Setting == apps == Disabled ==  Enable Google Play Services  & Google Account Manager

Step 23: Go back to Setting == apps & find Remote 1 APP & uninstall it.
